What is
Kuk Sool WonTM
Kuk Sool Won™ is a systematic study of all of the traditional fighting arts, which together comprise the martial arts history of Korea.
As a martial arts system, Kuk Sool Won™ is extremely well-organized; and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established Asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development and traditional weapons training.

Kuk Sool WonTM
in Denmark
Bringing Kuk Sool Won to Denmark is a truly historical event. We introduced Kuk Sool Won to Denmark in October 2018 as the first and only school in the whole of Denmark teaching this martial art.
Our first class took place on 27 October with 10 students. A truly amazing start, especially as it was a new art that nobody had heard of or seen in action. We now have over 75 students registered with WKSA training with us.
We are so thrilled that we were able to bring Kuk Sool Won to Denmark and in particular to Ikast. On December 18th the club was officially approved by Ikast and Brande Kommune. Our club is growing fast with a mix of ages from 6yrs - 50yrs.
The support that we have received from all of our Kuk Sool Won family has been really great and I feel very privileged and honored to be the school owner. Teaching all the students is hugely rewarding and it's their commitment, dedication, and will to learn that has made the club the success it is today.
Our Grandmaster
& Founder
In Hyuk Suh is the founder, Grandmaster, and President of the World Kuk Sool Association®.
He has studied martial arts for more than 60 years, receiving his first instruction from his grandfather, Myung Deuk Suh, a master-instructor to the Korean Royal Court. After his grandfather's death, he travelled throughout the Far East seeking out and studying additional aspects of the martial arts.
